About RouseFinerva
RouseFinerva was founded through the merger of two forward-thinking accounting and business advisory firms: Rouse, a full-service, UK Top 100 firm with a history spanning over 100 years, and Finerva, a specialist firm for tech, scale-ups, and high-growth clients – many backed by well-known growth and venture investors.
Together, we are proud to be a leading independent, partner-led firm, which means our team benefits from a collaborative culture, clear career progression, close working alongside our partners and recognition for their achievements.
Delivering meaningful impact is embedded in the RouseFinerva DNA – for both our clients and our people. We believe the two go hand in hand: when our team thrives, our clients benefit, and when our clients succeed, so do we all.
Whether you are joining the Rouse team or the tech sector specialists in our Finerva team, you’ll find our approach different from a traditional firm. We have no formal dress code; we are creative, forward-thinking, and we enjoy exploring advances in technology and new ways to support our clients.
Many of us have young families, and some are semi-retired, so we are flexible around family life and always listen to and support those we work with. Alongside this, we also offer a range of wellbeing and office perks, including monthly massages, weekly fruit and chocolate deliveries, and an in-office pick-and-mix station to help make the working environment enjoyable as well as productive.
As part of the team, you’re not just here to do a job – you’re here to contribute, grow, and make an impact. To help you achieve this, we are proud to offer best-in-class learning and development programmes, clear career progression opportunities, recognition for your work, wellness initiatives and flexible working to support your work–life balance.
In fact, we were recently showcased as a best practice example in the “Breaking Down Barriers to Accountancy” report presented to Parliament on career development in the industry.
Our clients include some of the most innovative and exciting businesses, giving you the opportunity to work alongside ambitious founders and dynamic leadership teams.
They are based across the UK, and as members of Praxity, the world’s largest alliance of independent accounting firms, it’s quite likely that you will also work with international clients – broadening your experience and opening doors to new career opportunities.
As a team, we use technology to its full potential, and it regularly shows us that in a remote, open-minded culture, innovation matters. It means that all our work is highly collaborative – with clients, colleagues, and associates.
If you are joining us as a contractor, you can be confident that we build strong relationships with those who work with us. We see these relationships as partnerships, with contractors feeling part of a community.
