Welcome to our careers pages. We are Leighton Bower, Managing Partner, based in our Beaconsfield office, and Adam Brodie, Finerva Founder, who leads our London office.
RouseFinerva brings together two firms. Rouse is a full-service accountancy practice with a history of more than 100 years. Finerva is a specialist firm for tech, scale-up and high-growth businesses, many backed by well-known growth and venture investors. Together we are a team of more than 100 people, offering audit, accounts and tax alongside specialist work with tech, life-sciences and e-commerce scale-ups.
